Love is in the air this February and that means food gets romantic! Sharing a Valentine’s dinner in Singapore is a surefire way to keep your love alive (and heck, it saves on cooking), so go on and treat yourselves. Whether you’re doing Valentine’s Day with your significant other, calling it ‘Galentines Day’ and heading out with girlfriends, or dating yourself (it’s a thing, you know), here’s where to enjoy special time and a fancy feast with the ones you love the most.

Sol & Ora

Head to the Med with a romantic Valentine’s dinner in Singapore at Sol and Ora. Their three-course Dinner Sharing Menu ($98++ per person) presents the best of Latin-Mediterranean cuisine and starts with a welcome glass of prosecco or rosé by the pool. Expect appetisers like Norwegian salmon tartare and freshly shucked oysters, while the main Sharing Platter comprises land and sea. You won’t fail to fall for the heart-shaped White Chocolate & Rose Mousse, with balsamic strawberries and salted caramel sauce.

Lawry’s The Prime Rib

Lawry’s is putting on a showstopping six-course Valentine’s Day dinner on 13 and 14 February (S$218 per person). The starter comprises pan-seared foie gras, slow-boiled fish consommé with grouper slices, and baked oyster with jumbo shrimp and smoked salmon, setting the bar high for the main dish. It doesn’t get much better than their signature USDA prime rib of beef compete with Yorkshire pudding and US Idaho mashed potatoes, but don’t blame us if you can’t make it to dessert. Be Mine red velvet cake or Blue Lagoon vanilla sponge cake with edible rose will be hard to resist …

*Book before 9 February and guests will have their names personalised on the menus to take home as a keepsake.
