Website Mott Macdonald

Based in Singapore as part of our HR team and supporting our East Asia Unit, you will support the HR business partnering efforts across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Indonesia.

You will partner business leads and Country HR managers on HR operations, influencing business decisions to drive high performance. A key part of your role will be to manage IR, compensation governance, drive analyses of HR trends and metrics for the development of solutions, programs and policies, taking into consideration our regional and Group initiatives.

To support and contribute to initiatives for continual improvement with respect to the employee experience lifecycle, including onboarding, staff engagement and wellness, you will take ownership of HR initiatives, working collaboratively in and across regions and with global support services (Talent Development, Recruitment, Global Mobility, HRIS, HR advisors).

You will bring a deep understanding of HR, demonstrating high performance experience across multiple industrial landscapes, statutory rules and regulations, while being highly aware of HR best practices and trends. Familiarisation with IR legislation within East Asia is preferred, but not essential.  With strong interpersonal skills and as a strong communicator, you will have the ability to engage and build trusted relationship at every level. We have a local and regional HR team to support, ensuring you are set up for success.

We work as a highly efficient, close team focused on creating positive candidate and employee experiences. You will be someone who brings the technical goods, has a voice into what you do, while adding value to our culture.

This is a full time 8-month, fixed term maternity leave contract. We believe it makes business sense to work in an agile way so you can work most effectively to meet your internal client, team and personal commitments. The role has flexibility to work a combination of work from home / work from the office.
