Annual General Meeting 2026

All members are invited to attend the ANZA Annual General Meeting 2026 at the New Zealand High Commissioner’s Residence, followed by wine and canapés on the patio.

The AGM provides an opportunity to learn more about the ANZA community through reports from our sporting and interest groups, gain insight into our financial standing, and take part in the election of the new Executive Committee.

Members are also invited to enjoy a relaxed mix and mingle session before and after the meeting, meeting sub-group coordinators and fellow members in the beautiful surroundings of the Residence.

Please join the AGM at 6:30pm for a 7pm start Tuesday, 24 March 2026.

This is a members only event.

Election of ANZA Executive Committee 2026

The following positions on the ANZA Executive Committee will be elected at the AGM:

• Community Service Coordinator – Elizabeth Poyner
• Sporting Coordinator – Oliver Ralph

• Executive Committee Member – Don Northey
• Executive Committee Member – Joseph Keats
• Executive Committee Member – James Kozanecki
• Executive Committee Member – Nicola Mifsud-Houghton
• Executive Committee Member – Bridget Burns
• Executive Committee Member – Rachel Beausang

Committee members are expected to:

• Act in good faith and within the ambit of the Rules as well as any bylaws or policies of ANZA
• Use reasonable diligence in carrying out his or her duties

Please note that only ordinary members (Australian or New Zealand passport holders) are eligible to sit on the ANZA Executive Committee.

A Voting Membership may participate in the Annual General Meeting and exercise his/her rights at the meeting in person, or by way of proxy representation, a proxy voting form is available here. Proxy votes should be submitted online to be received no later than 5pm, Tuesday 24 March 2026.
