Join ANZA Outings for a fun morning at The Ice Bath Club @East Coast and experience the growing trend of hot and cold therapy right here in Singapore. We’ll brave the ice baths, release stress in the sauna, rejuvenate our skin and finish by soaking away any remaining tension in a hot magnesium salt bath. Best of all, there’s no time limit so you can enjoy the session at your own pace. Afterwards, we’ll relax over a complimentary coffee in the cafe. Whether you’re an ice bath enthusiast or a curious first-timer, come along and give it a go.
