“Keep calm and join a choir!”
ANZA Singing Group is a brand-new community group offering you the chance to get some music in your life! Join us to sing a wide range of songs – pop, rock, musicals, folk, old favourites, classical, some karaoke – whatever takes your fancy.
Our host and leader Bernadette Nagy is a singer and educator and is passionate about passing on her extensive knowledge and experience of singing to people of all ages. From opera to musical theatre to Jimi Hendrix with guitar accompaniment, she knows the score.
Come, even if you’re shy about your singing – gentle and kind is how we roll. And by the way, everyone can sing! If you don’t believe it, usually it’s about confidence, plus a few vocal and breathing tips. So don’t be shy, come for a coffee and a sing.
The group meets on Mondays, 10am – 11.15am in Kampong Arung and ends with a coffee.
