Congratulations AIS Class of 2020!

Congratulations to the Australian International School (AIS) 2020 Graduating Class for achieving an exceptional set of academic results, despite facing significant challenges during Singapore’s Circuit Breaker. The success that these students have achieved is a remarkable testimony to their diligent approach to their studies, the passionate guidance of their teachers and the unwavering support of their families.

Combined results HSC and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)

  • 6% AIS students with an ATAR* of 99+
  • 24%  AIS students with an ATAR of 95+
  • 45% AIS students with ATAR of 90+
  • 68% AIS students with ATAR of 80+

AIS students Aaro Hoisko, Joey Song  and Chunyi Sun achieved an outstanding result of 43 in their IBDP, equal to an ATAR of 99.95. While Elyse Barg, Annabel Brunton, Daniel Prins, Skye Radatt, Yijie Shen and Racheal Mooney scored over 40, equal to an ATAR of 98.05.

These results reflect an outstanding year for AIS senior students and the entire school community. We are so proud of what these impressive young men and women have done in the face of much challenge and adversity.

*ATAR is a ranking between 0.00 and 99.95 that indicates a student’s position relative to all the students in their year group in Australia.
