With its ABBA-inspired theme, the Mother’s Day Mega Brunch at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa looks set to be memorable! New member of 1-Arden group’s gastronomic offerings, Sol & Luna, has prepped an impressive a la carte brunch menu just for Mother’s Day. Alongside its classic brunch offerings, don’t miss two special treats: brioche French toast and big pan breakfast. The former involves brioche  with sweet Japanese strawberries and caramelised banana. The Marmalade Pantry

The Marmalade Pantry is a must for all mums! Bread Street Kitchen

Chef Gordon Ramsay is a man with many children (well, five), which might be why Bread Street Kitchen is celebrating Mother’s Day with a special 3-course set meal. Options of main courses include prime striploin, roasted baby chicken, and slow roasted Dingley Dell pork belly, followed by sticky toffee pudding, coconut sorbet and a glass of Rustico Prosecco.  Available for lunch on May 7 and the whole of May 8. High by name, high by nature, the high tea here on the 70th floor is a true treat. The afternoon tea includes sweet and savoury dishes, plus TWG tea or Bacha coffee. The Madagascar vanilla scones served with Devonshire cream and strawberry marmalade are almost as sweet as your mama! Available 4-11 May. If your mum comes with an appetite, the six-course dinner spread  at 5 On 25 restaurant will not disappoint.
