The Australian and New Zealand Association (ANZA) in Singapore is looking for an Advertising Sales Manager.
ANZA provides social, sporting, and recreational opportunities for Australian and New Zealand expatriates, as well as all other nationalities living in Singapore. We’re looking for a passionate and driven sales professional to take on the role of Advertising Sales.
The ANZA office is situated in the hip Kampong Glam neighbourhood.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- The Advertising Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by sourcing and securing new advertising clients across ANZA’s magazine, website, and weekly eNews.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring long-term partnerships and added value.
- Oversee the advertisng and sponsored content process, coordinating with advertisers and the Editor to meet deadlines, uphold content quality, and secure client approval.
- Provide advertisers with campaign performance insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to identify, pitch, and secure new advertising opportunities, expanding ANZA’s market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled in pitching advertising solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Project & Deadline Management: Ability to coordinate multiple advertising campaigns efficiently, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures all advertising and sponsored content aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and publication standards.
- Data & Digital Proficiency: Comfortable interpreting online data and leveraging digital insights to optimise advertising campaigns.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with internal teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital advertising platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to refine advertising strategies and explore new business opportunities.
