Hotspots: Bedrock’s Festive Grandeur Platters

Where are we dining?

Bedrock Bar & Grill has been a steady favourite in Singapore’s steakhouse scene and for good reason. It’s one of those places where everything is consistently on point – the applewood-infused grilling aroma hits you the moment you walk in, and the service finds that sweet spot between polished and genuinely warm. I’ve been several times, and the experience has always delivered: great meat, great sides, great wine. While it sits in the premium dining category,  diners walk away feeling the quality matches the experience. And this festive season, Bedrock Bar & Grill is making things even more enticing with a special menu that offers impressive value while still showcasing what the restaurant does best.

So, what makes this festive offering different?

For a restaurant known for its premium positioning, the Festive Grandeur Platters are a pleasantly impressive offering for the holiday dining budget. Available from now through early January, these seasonal boards are built for sharing and stack some of Bedrock’s best-loved cuts onto a single, celebratory spread. They are genuinely, abundantly generous, and when shared among a group, they offer excellent value. Each platter also includes a complimentary bottle of the Bedrock x Brothers in Arms No. 6 Shiraz Cabernet, a thoughtful addition that rounds out the experience without overshadowing the food.

What does the Bedrock at Orchard platter look like?

At the original outlet in Orchard, the Festive Grandeur Platter feeds three to five people. The USDA Prime Ribeye arrives with that deep, unmistakable applewood aroma, while the Citrus-fed Wagyu Striploin offers a softer, sweeter contrast. The Australian Grass-fed Tenderloin brings a leaner, purer flavour, and the Mangalica Pork Tomahawk is a serious cut – rich, beautifully browned and full of character. The Mac ‘N’ Cheese is classic, silky, and familiar, while the Grilled Asparagus keeps the board from tipping too far into indulgence. The Bedrock Apple Crumble rounds out the meal with a warm, homey sweetness that feels exactly right for the holidays.

And what about the Bedrock Sentosa version?

Bedrock Origin adds a coastal note to its platter, which serves four to six guests. The impressive 1kg 7-Day Aged Bone-in Yellowfin Tuna Steak is the first thing you notice – smoky, firm and surprisingly rich – balanced by a 1kg 21-Day Aged OP Ribeye for the purists. The Honey Roasted Butternut Squash brings brightness, the Zucchini au Gratin offers creamy comfort, and the Truffle Fries need no introduction. Don’t stress – the Apple Crumble appears here too, completing the celebration with the same warm finish.

Are there festive brunch options too?

For those who prefer a leisurely daytime celebration, Bedrock Origin’s Harvest Table Sunday Bottomless Brunch is festive right now. The same standout Yellowfin Tuna and OP Ribeye appear alongside brunch-style dishes, and the Christmas Day and New Year’s Day editions expand further with Salmon Coulibiac, Chateaubriand, Smoked Ham and classic Panettone. It’s a more relaxed, serve-yourself experience but still rooted in Bedrock’s signature quality.

Final thoughts?

The Festive Grandeur Platters deliver the restaurant’s signature quality at a price that feels surprisingly accessible, especially when shared among friends or family. With generous portions, a celebratory touch and a warm, festive atmosphere, Bedrock has created a seasonal offering that feels abundant, comforting, and absolutely worth gathering for.
