Waitangi Day lands at Marina Bay Sands

Waitangi Day at RISE

Waitangi Day is looming, and if you’re looking to celebrate the date with fabulous food in a great atmosphere, we’ve got just the ticket. Kicking off the year with flavour, Marina Bay Sands spotlights Waitangi Day with chef‑driven dining at RISE.

Mark Aotearoa’s day of unity with a New Zealand‑inspired buffet rooted in Māori culinary traditions, created with guest chefs Kasey and Karena Bird, MasterChef New Zealand winners. The line‑up leans into hāngī‑style warmth and seasonal produce – think New Zealand lamb racks, alongside hāngī‑style beef short ribs. It’s shareable and straight‑up delicious, the kind of feast that brings everyone to the table.
