Mark Aotearoa’s day of unity with a New Zealand‑inspired buffet rooted in Māori culinary traditions, created with guest chefs Kasey and Karena Bird, MasterChef New Zealand winners. The line‑up leans into hāngī‑style warmth and seasonal produce – think New Zealand lamb racks, alongside hāngī‑style beef short ribs.
