With many restaurants around the island showcasing special menus over the Easter weekend (3 – 6 April), it’s a time for slow-roasted lamb that falls off the bone, for fresh pasta glossed in saffron cream, and for desserts oozing with chocolate. Across Singapore, kitchens of our favourite restaurants are leaning into the spirit of Easter abundance, offering tastes that celebrate tradition, indulgence and an eggs-ellent time. From sky-high grills to garden-set brunches, read on for the best Easter feasts in town.
