What to do in Singapore this June 2026
CJ Hendry’s Flower Market
If your Instagram could use a little more colour this June, Australian contemporary artist C.J. Hendry has you covered. Known for her immersive large-scale installations and hyperrealistic artworks, Hendry is bringing her much-anticipated Flower Market and JuJu World experiences to Singapore for a five-day takeover at Gardens by the Bay from 10 – 14 June 2026. Taking over the IMBA Theatre, the space will transform into an oversized plush flower market filled with tens of thousands of soft blooms that visitors can wander through, touch and arrange into personalised bouquets. The experience promises joyful sensory overload for adults and children alike – and plenty of highly photographic moments along the way.

Movie for Good: A Feel-Good Family Day Out
Looking for a family-friendly activity on Saturday, 27 June? Of course you are! Grab the popcorn and head to Shaw Theatres Lido for Movie for Good – a special afternoon at the cinema supporting a wonderful cause. Hosted by Children’s Aid Society, one of Singapore’s oldest charities, the fundraising event supports children and youths who have experienced abuse, neglect and other difficult life circumstances. Funds raised will help provide professional care and support services that enable young people to heal, grow and thrive. Bring the whole family along for an afternoon of movie magic while giving back to the community at the same time. Sounds like a win-win to us.

Irish Comic Artist Niall Breen Debuts Solo Exhibition in Joo Chiat
Singapore’s independent arts scene welcomes a quirky and compelling new exhibition as Irish comic artist and illustrator Niall Breen presents his debut solo showcase at Heartware Store & Gallery. Running until 26 July 2026, Lazy Days with Dog & Frog brings together a collection of slow, thoughtful works that make a subtle case for doing absolutely nothing – an idea that feels increasingly radical in today’s hyperconnected world. The exhibition offers a reflective counterpoint to Singapore’s constant motion, inviting audiences to pause, slow down and sit with simplicity.
