Committee members typically meet once a month and commit to weekly responsibilities, contributing to the smooth running of the program.
Committee members are elected each year, and we welcome new members on a case-by-case basis throughout the season. Pre-season, we extend invitations for those interested in applying for roles within the committee.
Roles in Committee

The Manager also supports CTCs in player attraction efforts, consults with professional coaches to foster player development, and ensures communication with coaches and parents is timely and effective. Additionally, they provide guidance on any issues and support the recruitment and retention of players to ensure the growth of the program.
