Quick, stress-free healthcare with IMC

Navigating healthcare and insurance can often feel overwhelming but at IMC, we’re committed to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. That’s why we offer our Direct Billing Service, in partnership with over 40 local and international health insurance providers. With this service, your clinic visits are simpler, waiting times are reduced, and remove the stress of claim submissions.

What Is Direct Billing?

Direct billing allows IMC to handle the billing process straight with your insurance provider. Instead of paying upfront and filing a claim later, eligible patients can rely on our Insurance Direct Billing (IDB) Department. Simply put: no upfront medical bills, no tedious claim forms, and no waiting for reimbursements – our IDB team takes care of everything for you.

How It Works

Using direct billing at IMC is quick and easy:

  1. Confirm Your Insurance Membership – Let us know your insurance provider before or during your appointment.
  2. Present Your Insurance Card – Bring along your card or policy details to the clinic.
  3. Sign the Direct Billing Agreement – This authorizes IMC to submit claims on your behalf and confirms your responsibility for any shortfalls or rejected charges.
  4. We Bill Your Insurer – IMC submits claims for eligible services directly.
  5. Settle Only Your Portion – Any insurance shortfalls, co-payments, or non-covered services are settled directly with IMC.

This process removes the need for manual claim submissions, upfront payments, and reimbursement delays – giving you greater peace of mind during your visit.

Why Patients Love It

  • Convenience: Say goodbye to claim forms and insurer follow-ups.
  • Peace of Mind: Focus on your health without financial stress or administrative tasks.
  • Efficiency: Faster processing means a smoother, more enjoyable clinic visit.

Who Can Use Direct Billing?

IMC works with a wide range of local and international insurance providers. Most consultations, treatments, and diagnostic services are eligible, though coverage depends on your policy. Our friendly clinic staff and IDB team are always happy to check your eligibility in advance to ensure your visit is seamless.
