We are in search of a passionate Advertising Sales Manager

The Australian and New Zealand Association (ANZA) provides social, sporting, and recreational opportunities for Australian and New Zealand expatriates, as well as members of the wider international community living in Singapore.
We’re looking for a passionate and driven sales professional Advertising Sales Manager to grow ANZA’s advertising and partnership revenue. This is a hands-on business development role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, being out in market, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Based in our Kampong Glam office, this role suits a proactive self-starter who enjoys autonomy, fast decision-making, and direct impact on revenue.
About the Role
The Advertising Sales Manager is a revenue-focused, business development role responsible for generating new advertising and partnership income for ANZA.
This position owns the full sales cycle – from identifying and prospecting new advertisers, through pitching and deal-closing, to relationship management and renewal. You will work closely with internal team members to coordinate campaign delivery and reporting, with a strong focus on driving sales, growing the pipeline, and building client relationships.
Key Focus Areas
- Drive new business development and grow ANZA’s advertising and partnership revenue
- Build and manage a strong, active sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers and partners
- Lead sales pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and reporting

You are a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused, fast-paced environment. You enjoy being out in market, building connections, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a small, collaborative team.
