Jumbo Seafood is a Singapore insitution and they’re not shying away from the celebrations! This Year of the Horse they’re rolling out two festive menus. The Reunion set (available CNY Eve, Monday 16 February) includes their signature salmon yusheng, herbal-poached prawns, and steamed soon hock. The Celebration menu swaps out the yusheng but keeps the bangers –their famous chilli crab with mantou, Boston lobster with silky egg, and a rich braised seafood soup loaded with crab meat and conpoy.
